I'm interested in a deceptively simple question:
Why do some businesses grow while others struggle?
The more I learn, the less I believe there is one answer.
Growth sits at the intersection of people, business and technology.
People decide what to notice, trust, buy and recommend.
Businesses decide what to create, how to price it, where to sell it and how to compete.
Technology changes what businesses can do while simultaneously changing what customers expect.
I'm interested in what happens when all three interact.
